Boutary Beluga Premier Cru is prepared with an exclusive salt blend containing the traditional ultra-marine “shio” salt of Kami-Kamagari Island (Japan). It then rests in a maturation chamber for several months where it is carefully watched over until it has revealed its optimum complexity. Upon request, it is matured in specially designed tins, the most exclusive of which are coated in 24K gold.
